We are proud to be an I-CAR Gold Class Certified collision center. This means that North Charlotte Collision meets the highest industry standards for training, safety, and repair excellence. This prestigious certification, earned by only a small percentage of collision centers nationwide, recognizes our team's ongoing commitment to professional development and advanced repair techniques.
To achieve Gold Class recognition, our technicians have completed the necessary training to reach I-CAR ProLevel 2 or higher. Along each phase of training, they were required to demonstrate extensive knowledge and skill in areas such as refinishing, structural repair, and non-structural repair. They continue with annual training to stay current with the latest vehicle technologies and repair standards.
